Train Employ’s Financial Services Representative (F.S.R.) and Financial Advisor (F.A) Training Program is designed not only to assist in passing the Securities, Life and Health Exams, required to practice as a (F.S.R.) or (F.A.), but also to deliver general employment related competencies.  

 

Upon successful completion of passing the SIE, Series 7, 66 and Life, Accident & Health Licenses, students will have the option to accept a position as a paid employee of the  sponsoring Broker/Dealer.  

 

The costs for this program include tuition and 1st attempt at all exams ((6, 63) or (7, 66) and Life, Accident & Health) are included.

 

The Train Employ program competencies include:

 

• Candidates will possess the knowledge needed to perform the critical functions of a variable contract products representative, including sales of mutual funds and variable annuities.

• Students will gain knowledge and understanding of state law and regulations.

• Understanding of the rules prohibiting dishonest and unethical business practices reflected in the Uniform Securities Act

• Comprehension of Taxation & Retirement Plans

• Proficiency in Portfolio Management Styles & Strategies
