The Train Employ program competencies include:

 

• Candidates will possess the knowledge needed to perform the critical functions of a variable contract products representative, including sales of mutual funds and variable annuities.

• Students will gain knowledge and understanding of state law and regulations.

• Understanding of the rules prohibiting dishonest and unethical business practices reflected in the Uniform Securities Act

• Comprehension of Taxation & Retirement Plans

Train Employ training is transferable to any companies within the Financial Services Industry and allows the flexibility across the marketplace into other careers.
